Return/ Exchange policy

In shooting our product, we take the utmost care to accurately represent the colours, styling, and details of the garment. However, we understand that there may be minor differences within computers in how the garment is presented. Please do keep this in mind when purchasing products on our website.
- Any product on sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
- For returns/exchange of items that are not on sale - A credit note equivalent to the cost amount is provided. Cash/ Monetary refunds are not provided.
- In case the product does not fit you/or you do not like it, you can exchange the same within 14 days for a different size or a *credit note.
- Monetary refund will not be provided
- Item must be unused & in the same condition in which you received it.
- It should be in its original packaging accompanied by a proof of purchase.
- We do not offer reverse pickup for returns/exchanges.
Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. In such cases, please share a clear picture of the product with us within 24-48 hours of receiving it for review.
- Once the return/exchange request is submitted, please ensure the products should be shipped back within 1-2 days to avoid delays in processing. Any returned items that are not received by us, will be treated as not returned. The brand is not liable for any lost, damaged or undelivered returns. Please ensure to use a trackable shipping service for your return.
- Kindly mention your name, phone number or order Id for us to identify it.
- Returned items received will be examined by the quality check team. Failing to meet the qualifying conditions mentioned will not be accepted and will be returned back to you at your expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
- In case of a defective, damaged, incorrect, or missing product received please email us within 24 hours of receiving the package. Kindly include clear photos or videos of the item and packaging.

Any item placed for exchange or store credit will take 10-12 business days to be processed.
- CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS
The following Goods cannot be returned:
- The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
RETURNING GOODS

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a store credit/size exchange without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
